We do not permit misuse of services rendered by Swipenine. Using our services, do not permit the user, ownership in the services and content that you access. Swipenine branding and logo are exclusive property of Swipenine and you do not have the right to use the same.
As a part of the user service- announcements, administrative messages, and other information may be communicated to users.

| Use of your Content in our Services
The ownership rights of the articles/posts posted in projects associated with Swipenine remains with the user, but Swipenine may use, upload, submit, edit, store, share, send or receive the content with or without notice/information to user. Swipenine Team possess the sole right to accept, edit or delete any content submitted by the user for posting at any point of time without any reasons or notice.
If you submit feedback or suggestions about our services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.

Swipenine website will be updated automatically and new features will be made available from time to time with or without prior notice to users.
| Modifications, Extension and Termination of Service
Swipenine services will be evolving from time to time with new inclusions, deletions of features and functionalities in the existing services. We may stop or suspend the services altogether at any given point of time with or without prior notice/intimation. Swipenine will not have any legal obligations during such circumstances and will not be responsible for any damages/losses.
User can discontinue the services offered by Swipenine at any point of time. However, any prior information published by the user in any of the associated projects will not be removed necessarily from the website upon terminating the services.
| No Warranties
Swipenine does not provide any warranty to the services offered as the service provided is “AS IS”.
| Liability
Swipenine is not liable for any type of damages or loss caused to the users/partners which is not reasonably foreseeable.
| Payment Policy
Any payments in connection with the services will be paid to user after due verification and diligence. The user does not have any right to claim any amount as rewards, remuneration or any other claims in connection with terms of engagement with the Swipenine Team. It will be under the sole discretion and right of Swipenine Team to pay any rewards, remuneration or any other payments if any to the users.
| Prime Reader’s Segment
As a subscriber, you can avail our exclusive prime reader’s segment by purchasing the subscription plans. Kindly note that any payments in connections with the said services are non-refundable.
| Cancellation / Refund Policy
Please note that you will not receive a refund of any amount paid. In short, all sales are final and no refund will be issued for any kind of payments made to adsquare, subsidiary projects or websites linked with THE S9 GRID Community. For cancelled subscriptions which are being paid on a monthly or annual basis, billing will stop after the existing subscription period. Also we do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases or any similar reasons or events.
By making a purchase on the Adsquare facility or associated platforms with THE S9 GRID Community, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the No Refund Policy. We do not provide any warranty to the services offered as the service provided is “AS IS”. Payment processing fee will be dependent on the currency selected by the user and as per the conditions of the payment gateway provider.
| Tax Information
We collect tax identification information and report this to tax authorities as legally required. You are solely responsible for reporting any income or withholding taxes which may be due as a result of payments received.
| About Terms of Service
The terms of service and content policies may be modified or any additional terms may be incorporated from time to time. A user must be cognizant of the terms and changes on a regular basis. If you do not agree with the terms and policies, please discontinue the services.
If there is a conflict between the terms and additional terms, the additional terms will supersede previous terms. Swipenine terms only govern relationship between you as a user and associated projects of Swipenine, there is no scope for third party to interfere in the same.
